30 squats (really work on form. Concentrate on midline stabilization.)

12 handstand pushups

(If you need to modify, use chair or bed to elevate knees. Try to get your shoulders over the top of wrists.)

3 Rounds for time:
30 Jumping Lunges (lunge and then jump and land in a lunge on the other foot)  Watch your form hold it together)
30 Pushups
30 Situps
Keep track of your time.
