Is there a membership just to use the facilities and not take the class. I want to get more into cross fit but I don’t have all the needed equipment at my gym. I also work odd hours with an unpredictable schedule so I have to fit my workouts in when I can. Please let me know.

I agree with Dave, where’s the regular monthly membership fee for people who just want to come do their CrossFit workouts without attending a class?

I do not have open gym time at this time. The facility is not large enough for that. I also do not feel comfortable with just having people in and out without proper coaching. Not to say you have not had the proper coaching but form is imperative especially if there is no supervision. It is a big liability, this is not saying I will never have open gym but at this time it’s not available.

Does the drop-in fee include any individual movement-specific training (e.g., the Olympic Lifts, OH squats, etc…)? Also, how many typically attend the 6am sessions?
