CrossFit here we come!!!!

Hi Everyone,

I made it back from LA safe and sound and completely rejuvinated. My CrossFit certification was amazing!!!! I learned so much and I’m now officially a certified CrossFit coach. Let the games begin!!!! Here is the WOD for the day.

For time:

50 Pull-ups
50 Push-ups
50 Sit-ups
50 Squats
