The First Workout of 2008!!!

3, 2, 1…..GO!!!!

Let’s start it off right ladies and gentlemen!!!  
WOD
3 Rounds for time:
30 Jumping Lunges (lunge and then jump and land in a lunge on the other foot)  Watch your form hold it together)
30 Pushups
30 Situps
Keep track of your time.

    For 1/3/08. This workout took me
    14min and 36secs. The great thing is that I think I actually made myself sore. I was wondering if I could do that to myself. I noticed that you hadn’t posted for today yet, are you to sore to type???? Linda T
