Wall balls and box jumps

Start at 20 wall balls then do 1 box jump
19 wb’s 2 box jumps
until you have made your way to 1 wall ball and 20 box jumps.

Make sure you are getting that range of motion in your squats!!! Keep that chest up and stay in your heels!!!
