Lungin’ with some rollin’

WOD

AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)  in 20 min of
Get 15 feet of space to lunge get a dice.  Do the 15 feet of lunges then roll then lunge then roll…..
Keep track of your rounds.
Lunge the 15 ft. then roll the dice and do 10 of:
1=MB Slams
2=Pushups
3=Butterfly Situps
4=Jumping Squats with bar on back
5=Superman
6=Yay Burpees!!!
