Doing Abs?

Ashley showing us what the bottom of a squat looks like.  Do you ever wonder why we don’t do alot of ABS?  Check out the video from Coach Glassman to learn why. The squat is a great core exercise.  You will fall apart at the bottom if your “abs” aren’t involved.  
WOD

800 m Run
followed immediately by:

3 rounds for time of:
30x Jumping back squats 45# men 25# women
40x KB Swings 24kg men 16 kg women
50x Situps

followed immediately by 800m run
