Teams of 2:
One partner is running 400m while the other partner is doing max reps of:
Jumping pullups
KB Swings
Situps
After the first person runs they will then do max reps while the other partner is running 400m.  
It will be scored by total reps for both partners together.  Then subtract 6 points for each minute that elapses.
(Don and Steve pushing eachother on the box jumps)
