Monday: 6 x 100m, 4 x 200m, 2 x 400m, 1 x 800m 

Take 3 minute break between each 100m, 200m, etc distance.  
Tuesday: 100 burpees for time.
Wednesday: Cooper test 7 laps in 13 minutes.

    mondays workout was a killer! Becca and i ran the first 6 100 yards sprints in 12:15, 11:76, 11:77, 11:87 12:03, 11:99. The 2 200 yard sprints times were (in seconds) 30:45, 32:50. After that we were sooooo tired so we jogged the last two 200ds and then just jogged 4 times around the track.
