WOD

Do 100 Pushups each time you lose your plank position run 200m

If you are doing pushups from your knees any resting off hands or if thighs, stomach or chest touch the floor when you aren’t doing the pushup.  If you are doing pushups from your feet run when you lose the plank position and any part of the body hits the floor when you aren’t actually doing the pushup.

Keep track of how many runs you have to do.
