Daily we are faced with hard times, some days are better than others, some days are easier and some days we just want to give up.  The same is true with our daily exposure to CrossFit.  We walk, in check the board and wonder whether or not we are going to be able to do it.  The beauty of it all is that no matter how hard it is, WE DO IT!!!  That’s the important part, we do it, we finish what we started!!!  Keep pushing even when it’s tough, you can do more, be more, and give more than you will ever know.

    Most people involved in CrossFit have probably already realized that the way we train….even when you lose, you’ve still won. You pay the toll everyday. This applies more to CF than any other situation I think…
