We gotta make sure guys that we are working hard in the gym. This does not just mean moving through efficient ranges of motion with high intensity. We need to make sure we are taking care of our bodies from a therapeutic end.
We go hard everyday and yes we get stronger but our body still needs tough love and care. This means getting on the rollers before the workouts, getting on the rubber band and tennis balls. When we work like we do we create adhesions and places that need attention. We need to make sure we are getting “good” stretches in after WOD’s. If you take care of your body it will take care of you.
