Its been three weeks into the Nutrition Challenge and we are wondering how everybody is feeling?  What is the biggest thing you have noticed about the change in your Nutrition?  Have we been sleeping better, recovering faster, getting stronger, faster WODs?  Think about how changing your Nutrition has changed the way you feel, look, and perform?  Keep up the hard work and let us all know how your doing?

    I feel good. Have adapted and am figuring out how to cook the veggies so that they have some taste and body. The hard work and focus is providing huge benefits.

    Worked out at the global gym this am wore my XFA-541 tee shirt. 4 x 90 min on – 90 min off 1.2 miles covered. Tabatta row 795m.

    Thought I was in shape until I did tabata sprints on the
    treadmill with a 12 incline and a speed of 9.0. That is
    one serious workout!!!! Everyone has got to try this!!!
