Pre-Race Food Part 1!!

Great job this week with 1/2 Murph and CF Total we had PR’s all over the board awesome to see!  Keep up the great work proud of all of you.  Our T-shirts came in today I really like them and super comfy!!  So if you ordered one the cost is $12 cash or check.  For all the runner’s I want you to think about how you are going to plan for pre-race meal?  Game plan ahead of time and give yourself a test run with foods you think will work best for your body.  My recommendation is that you please stick to foods that your body is use to eating and do not change things up for dinner the night before the race or for the pre-race meal in the morning.  So, game plan ahead of time, find out the best for YOU and if you guys have any questions let us know and stay tuned for tomorrow’s post I will give you some pre-race food recommendations.
