So it’s one day before race day and one day before some of you are going to eat the heck outta some pizza and beer!!! The challenge is almost over and race day is almost here!!! The last two months have been such a journey and it’s been so amazing to watch all of you excel. Great workouts this week with some HUMONGOUS PR’s out there. Great job to all that have diligently put nose to grindstone. Your work has paid off and chances are your lives will never be the same!!!
