WOD

In 6 minutes, run 800m and in the time remaining perform as many overhead squats as you can.

Rest 2 mins

In 4 minutes, run 400m run and in the time remaining perform as many overhead squats as you can.

Rest 2 mins

In 2 minutes, run 200m and in the time remaining perform as many overhead squats as you can.

Score= total overhead squats performed.

Load:

men: advanced 95#, intermediate 65#, beginner 45#

women: advanced 65#, intermediate 45#, beginner 25-35#
