***XFA family great job today on the WOD, pretty impressive way to push yourself and others.  Always trying to improve your work capacity and form/technique!!  Don’t forget to register for the Nutrition Workshop with Whole9 Life, June 12th will be here soon.  We also added a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7am class which starts tomorrow, and don’t forget about the 7 pm class on Mondays and Wednesdays as well!!  If there is anything else you guys need from us in which we can improve the gym or our service for everyone please let us know.***
