ABK Loop (600m)
10 Burpees
20 Pull Ups
30 Wtd. Squats (20#/15#)
40 Double Unders
400m Run
40 Double Unders
30 Wtd. Squats
20 Pull Ups
10 Burpees
ABK Loop

Then
100 Sit Ups

    OK, did this workout at home on Saturday. Sub DB push press (15#) for PUs (don’t have any heavier DB at home)…I have found that I need to continue to work on my DUs when they are in the middle of the workout…I guess I just don’t concentrate as well and they are harder to string together. Practiced after the workout was done and did 28 consecutive, which is my max for now…goal is still 50 at this point.

    Alternated the situps at the end with some pushups…4 sets of 25 situps/ 10 pushups….
